Your order is private by design.

From checkout to delivery, we limit what we collect, protect the information we temporarily hold, and share only what is needed to complete and support your purchase. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.

Protection built into every order.

We collect the details needed to process, prepare, and deliver your purchase, then protect that information while it is in use. Our systems are designed to minimize exposure and clear temporary data on defined schedules.

  • Secure from the start

    Checkout runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payment instructions are provided through our BigCommerce checkout.

  • Encrypted while temporarily held

    Contact details and cart snapshots temporarily used by our checkout recovery system are encrypted before storage.

  • Private by default

    Recovery links use random private tokens. Your email address and cart contents are not exposed in the link itself.

  • Temporary data does not linger

    Abandoned checkout contact and cart details are scrubbed after seven days. Other temporary cart state is limited to 30 days.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information.

Only the information needed for the job.

Your order moves through a small number of services. Each receives the information needed to complete its part of the purchase.

Payment

For Interac e-Transfer orders, we use the order and contact details needed to provide payment instructions and confirm your payment.

Order preparation

Precision Synthetics uses order and contact details to prepare your purchase, provide updates, and answer support requests.

Delivery

The carrier receives the name, address, contact, and shipment details needed to deliver your package.

Newsletter signup is separate and optional. If you want to ask what customer information we hold, correct an inaccurate detail, or discuss deletion of information that is no longer needed, contact us directly.
