1. Product Information, Documentation, Testing, and COAs

Product names, product descriptions, quantities, concentrations, vial sizes, purity references, testing data, batch numbers, certificates of analysis, and other documentation are provided solely for research identification, laboratory handling, and internal documentation purposes.

Such information does not constitute approval, recommendation, instruction, guarantee, or authorization for human or animal use.

Any reference to a product, compound, peptide, sequence, analytical result, batch, lot, or research material must not be interpreted as a claim that the product is safe, effective, approved, sterile, suitable, lawful, or appropriate for any use other than non-clinical laboratory research.

2. Third-Party Testing and Additional Verification

Precision Synthetics Canada may provide certificates of analysis, laboratory reports, batch documentation, purity information, or other testing-related documentation for certain products sold through PrecisionSyn.com.

Where available, such documentation is provided solely for research-identification, laboratory-reference, and internal documentation purposes. Certificates of analysis and related testing documents are not medical documents, safety guarantees, therapeutic endorsements, sterility guarantees, or confirmations of suitability for human or animal use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, testing documentation may relate to a representative batch, lot, sample, supplier batch, manufacturer batch, or third-party laboratory sample, and does not constitute individual testing of every vial, unit, or container sold.

Precision Synthetics Canada's suppliers, manufacturers, or laboratory partners may conduct independent third-party testing before products are made available for sale.

From time to time, Precision Synthetics Canada may also arrange additional independent third-party verification for selected products, batches, or lots. This additional verification may provide an added layer of documentation and quality review. However, unless a specific product page, batch record, or certificate expressly states that additional independent verification testing has been completed for a particular batch or lot, customers should not assume that a product has undergone secondary independent testing.

Precision Synthetics Canada makes no representation that every product, vial, batch, lot, or shipment has undergone multiple rounds of third-party testing unless expressly stated in writing for that specific product, batch, or lot.

Testing results may vary depending on sampling methods, laboratory methodology, testing date, chain of custody, degradation, storage conditions, handling conditions, and other variables outside our control.

Testing may confirm certain analytical characteristics, such as identity, purity, mass, concentration, or other research-relevant parameters, where applicable. Testing does not establish that a product is safe, effective, sterile, approved, authorized, or suitable for human or animal use.

No certificate of analysis, laboratory report, purity result, or testing statement should be interpreted as:

• medical advice;
• dosing advice;
• administration guidance;
• a safety guarantee;
• a therapeutic claim;

3. COA Redactions and Laboratory Privacy

Where certificates of analysis or testing documents are made available, certain information may be redacted or withheld to protect supplier information, laboratory relationships, chain-of-custody details, private business information, confidential commercial arrangements, or information that could expose third-party laboratories, suppliers, or related parties to harassment, misuse, or doxxing.

Redaction of limited identifying information does not alter the research-only status of the products and does not authorize any prohibited use.

Precision Synthetics Canada may, at its discretion, provide additional verification details where appropriate, subject to confidentiality, privacy, supplier restrictions, laboratory restrictions, and operational limitations.

4. Customer-Requested Testing

Where available, customers may request additional third-party testing for a specific product or order.

Customer-requested testing is subject to laboratory availability, product availability, feasibility, cost, timing, chain-of-custody requirements, and approval by Precision Synthetics Canada.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of additional third-party testing.

Precision Synthetics Canada may, at its discretion, cover certain associated shipping costs or provide the applicable product sample for testing. Any such accommodation is voluntary and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide free testing, free replacement products, free shipping, or future accommodations.

Additional testing timelines are not guaranteed and may delay order fulfillment.

5. Canada-Based Website and Origin Clarification

PrecisionSyn.com is operated as a Canada-based website and online business.

Any reference to Canada, Canadian operations, Canadian shipping, Canadian-based service, domestic shipping, or similar wording on PrecisionSyn.com refers only to the location, operation, branding, or business presence of the website and/or seller, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Customer Responsibility for Legal Compliance

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, transport, handling, use, disposal, and, where applicable, import or export of any product purchased from PrecisionSyn.com complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Precision Synthetics Canada makes no representation or warranty that any product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, imported, exported, transported, stored, handled, or used in every jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for determining whether the product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, stored, transported, handled, and used by you or your organization.

Precision Synthetics Canada is not responsible for any regulatory, legal, administrative, institutional, employment-related, customs-related, or enforcement consequence arising from the customer's purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, use, resale, transfer, or disposal of any product.

7. Safe Handling, Storage, and Disposal

Research materials may be hazardous if improperly handled, stored, transported, used, or disposed of.

By purchasing from PrecisionSyn.com, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with research materials and that you are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal.

You agree to use appropriate laboratory safety procedures, including suitable personal protective equipment, containment practices, storage controls, spill-response procedures, and disposal protocols.

Products should be handled only in appropriate research or laboratory settings by individuals with suitable training and equipment.

Precision Synthetics Canada is not responsible for any injury, illness, exposure, contamination, property damage, regulatory issue, or other consequence arising from improper handling, storage, transport, use, disposal, misuse, or unauthorized use of any product.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use, attempt to use, or permit any other person to use products purchased from PrecisionSyn.com for any prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• human consumption;
• animal consumption;
• injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical application, or administration;
• medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, veterinary, food, supplement, household, or consumer use;
• bodybuilding, performance enhancement, anti-aging, weight loss, wellness, or personal experimentation;
• compounding, preparation, or formulation for human or animal use;
• resale or redistribution for unauthorized use;

• any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, laboratory rules, or these Terms.

9. Orders, Acceptance, and Right to Refuse Service

All orders placed through PrecisionSyn.com are subject to acceptance by Precision Synthetics Canada.

Receipt of an order confirmation, payment request, or payment submission does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

Precision Synthetics Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, restrict, delay, or decline to ship any order where we believe:

• the order may be intended for human or animal use;
• the purchaser may not be qualified to handle research materials;
• the purchaser has requested dosing, administration, therapeutic, cosmetic, veterinary, or personal-use information;
• the purchaser has made statements inconsistent with research-only use;
• the order may violate applicable laws, regulations, payment-processing rules, carrier requirements, or these Terms;
• the transaction presents a safety, compliance, fraud, chargeback, reputational, regulatory, or legal risk;
• additional verification is required and has not been provided;
• payment has not been received, cleared, or verified.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees where permitted by law.

Precision Synthetics Canada is not obligated to provide products, services, or support to any person who violates or appears likely to violate these Terms.

10. Payment Terms

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, cleared, and verified.

Where Interac e-Transfer is offered as a payment method, customers must follow the payment instructions provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.

If an order is placed before a product price or shipping charge increases, Precision Synthetics Canada will honor the product price and shipping charge shown at checkout for that order, provided the order is accepted, payment clears, and the checkout information is accurate. This does not apply to obvious pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or orders we are required to cancel under these Terms.

If a security question and answer are required, customers must use the exact question and answer provided at checkout or in the order confirmation. Security answers may be case-sensitive.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is missing, incomplete, sent to the wrong recipient, sent in the wrong amount, submitted with incorrect security details, flagged for review, reversed, rejected, or otherwise not received and cleared.

Precision Synthetics Canada is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information entered by the customer.

11. Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Order Issues

Shipping, delivery, returns, damaged packages, missing contents, refused or unclaimed shipments, carrier delays, and related order-shipment issues are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, transport, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products after delivery.

Precision Synthetics Canada is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, contamination, exposure, misuse, unauthorized use, regulatory issue, enforcement action, or other consequence arising from any use or handling of products after delivery, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. No Warranty for Unauthorized Use

• any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct or use of the product;
• your payment dispute, chargeback, fraud claim, or reversal where the order was properly processed according to these Terms.

17. No Guarantee Beyond Express Written Documentation

Precision Synthetics Canada makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product documentation and testing-related information. However, except where expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee that any product has been tested by a specific laboratory, tested using a specific method, tested within a specific timeframe, tested more than once, tested individually by vial or unit, manufactured in a specific country, or sourced from a specific supplier.

Customers should rely only on the documentation specifically provided for the applicable product, batch, or lot.

No verbal statement, customer-service message, website summary, marketing language, product description, informal communication, or third-party statement modifies these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by Precision Synthetics Canada.

18. Changes to These Terms

Precision Synthetics Canada may update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The version posted on PrecisionSyn.com at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

Your continued use of the website or placement of future orders constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
