PrecisionSyn.com is operated by Precision Synthetic Canada. In these Terms, “Precision Synthetic Canada,” “PrecisionSyn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller and operator of PrecisionSyn.com.

By accessing the website, placing an order, submitting payment, or purchasing any product from PrecisionSyn.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

All products offered for sale through PrecisionSyn.com are supplied strictly and exclusively for non-clinical laboratory research purposes only.

Products are intended only for use by qualified researchers, trained laboratory personnel, research institutions, or properly equipped facilities capable of safely handling research materials.

Products sold by Precision Synthetic Canada are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, food use, supplement use, veterinary use, household use, or personal use of any kind.

By purchasing from PrecisionSyn.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all products are being purchased solely for lawful laboratory research purposes and not for any medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, veterinary, nutritional, recreational, bodybuilding, performance-enhancement, anti-aging, weight-loss, wellness, or consumer purpose.

2. Not Sold as Drugs, Medicines, Supplements, Food, or Cosmetics

Products sold on PrecisionSyn.com are not represented, marketed, labelled, advertised, or sold as drugs, medicines, natural health products, dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, medical devices, veterinary products, or consumer goods.

No product sold on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, prevent, or cure any disease, disorder, condition, symptom, injury, or abnormal physical state in humans or animals.

No product sold on this website is intended to restore, correct, alter, enhance, or modify any physiological, biological, hormonal, metabolic, neurological, cosmetic, reproductive, or organic function in humans or animals.

Any information provided on PrecisionSyn.com is for product identification, laboratory documentation, handling reference, and general research-context purposes only. It must not be interpreted as medical, clinical, therapeutic, nutritional, cosmetic, veterinary, or personal-use advice.

3. No Human or Animal Consumption

Products sold by Precision Synthetic Canada must not be ingested, injected, inhaled, implanted, applied topically, administered, compounded for administration, mixed for consumption, or otherwise introduced into the body of any human or animal.

Any use of our products for human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited, unauthorized, and contrary to these Terms.

Customers seeking products for personal use, self-administration, human use, animal use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, bodybuilding use, performance-enhancement use, weight-loss use, anti-aging use, wellness use, or any other non-research purpose are not permitted to purchase from PrecisionSyn.com.

4. Purchaser Eligibility and Representations

By placing an order through PrecisionSyn.com, you represent and warrant that:

you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

you are qualified, trained, and equipped to safely handle research materials;

Precision Synthetic Canada does not provide medical advice, health advice, dosing advice, administration instructions, injection guidance, ingestion guidance, topical-use guidance, reconstitution guidance for human or animal use, cycle guidance, stacking guidance, therapeutic guidance, cosmetic guidance, veterinary guidance, or personal-use recommendations.

Customer support is limited to matters such as order status, shipping, product identification, product documentation, and general research-only information.

Any request for information relating to dosage, administration, injection, ingestion, topical application, personal use, expected results, side effects, treatment, cycle planning, stacking, or use in humans or animals may result in refusal, cancellation, or termination of service.

If you have questions about your health, a medical condition, medication, treatment, exposure, or use of any substance, you should contact a licensed healthcare professional or emergency services.

6. Product Information, Documentation, Testing, and COAs

Product names, product descriptions, quantities, concentrations, vial sizes, purity references, testing data, batch numbers, certificates of analysis, or other documentation are provided solely for research identification, laboratory handling, and internal documentation purposes.

Such information does not constitute approval, recommendation, instruction, guarantee, or authorization for human or animal use.

Any reference to a product, compound, peptide, sequence, analytical result, batch, lot, or research material must not be interpreted as a claim that the product is safe, effective, approved, sterile, suitable, lawful, or appropriate for any use other than non-clinical laboratory research.

Precision Synthetic Canada makes no representation that any product is suitable for any particular research objective, experimental design, protocol, or outcome.

7. Third-Party Testing and Additional Verification

Precision Synthetic Canada may provide certificates of analysis, laboratory reports, batch documentation, purity information, or other testing-related documentation for certain products sold through PrecisionSyn.com.

Where available, such documentation is provided solely for research-identification, laboratory-reference, and internal documentation purposes. Certificates of analysis and related testing documents are not medical documents, safety guarantees, therapeutic endorsements, sterility guarantees, or confirmations of suitability for human or animal use.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, testing documentation may relate to a representative batch, lot, sample, supplier batch, manufacturer batch, or third-party laboratory sample, and does not constitute individual testing of every vial, unit, or container sold.

Precision Synthetic Canada’s suppliers, manufacturers, or laboratory partners may conduct independent third-party testing before products are made available for sale.

Precision Synthetic Canada is also developing an additional independent third-party verification process under which selected products, batches, or lots may undergo separate testing by an independent laboratory after supplier-side testing has been completed.

This additional verification model is intended to provide an added layer of documentation and quality review. However, unless a specific product page, batch record, or certificate expressly states that additional independent verification testing has been completed for a particular batch or lot, customers should not assume that a product has undergone secondary independent testing.

Precision Synthetic Canada makes no representation that every product, vial, batch, lot, or shipment has undergone multiple rounds of third-party testing unless expressly stated in writing for that specific product, batch, or lot.

Testing results may vary depending on sampling methods, laboratory methodology, testing date, chain of custody, degradation, storage conditions, handling conditions, and other variables outside our control.

Testing may confirm certain analytical characteristics, such as identity, purity, mass, concentration, or other research-relevant parameters, where applicable. Testing does not establish that a product is safe, effective, sterile, approved, authorized, or suitable for human or animal use.

No certificate of analysis, laboratory report, purity result, or testing statement should be interpreted as:

medical advice;
dosing advice;
administration guidance;
a safety guarantee;
a therapeutic claim;
a claim of sterility unless expressly tested and stated;
approval for human or animal use;
confirmation that a product is suitable for injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, implantation, compounding, or administration.

8. COA Redactions and Laboratory Privacy

Where certificates of analysis or testing documents are made available, certain information may be redacted or withheld to protect supplier information, laboratory relationships, chain-of-custody details, private business information, confidential commercial arrangements, or information that could expose third-party laboratories, suppliers, or related parties to harassment, misuse, or doxxing.

Redaction of limited identifying information does not alter the research-only status of the products and does not authorize any prohibited use.

Precision Synthetic Canada may, at its discretion, provide additional verification details where appropriate, subject to confidentiality, privacy, supplier restrictions, laboratory restrictions, and operational limitations.

9. Customer-Requested Testing

Where available, customers may request additional third-party testing for a specific product or order.

Customer-requested testing is subject to laboratory availability, product availability, feasibility, cost, timing, chain-of-custody requirements, and approval by Precision Synthetic Canada.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of additional third-party testing.

Precision Synthetic Canada may, at its discretion, cover certain associated shipping costs or provide the applicable product sample for testing. Any such accommodation is voluntary and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide free testing, free replacement products, free shipping, or future accommodations.

Additional testing timelines are not guaranteed and may delay order fulfillment.

10. Canada-Based Website and Origin Clarification

PrecisionSyn.com is operated as a Canada-based website and online business.

Any reference to Canada, Canadian operations, Canadian shipping, Canadian-based service, domestic shipping, or similar wording on PrecisionSyn.com refers only to the location, operation, branding, or business presence of the website and/or seller, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Such references should not be interpreted as a representation that every product, raw material, peptide, ingredient, vial, label, component, manufacturing step, supplier, testing laboratory, or production process is Canadian-origin, made in Canada, or a product of Canada.

Precision Synthetic Canada does not make a “Made in Canada” or “Product of Canada” claim for any product unless that claim is expressly stated on the applicable product page or product documentation and supported by appropriate qualifying information.

Where product-origin information is provided, it is provided for transparency and documentation purposes only and remains subject to supplier records, manufacturing records, batch documentation, and applicable legal requirements.

11. Customer Responsibility for Legal Compliance

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, storage, transport, handling, use, disposal, and, where applicable, import or export of any product purchased from PrecisionSyn.com complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Precision Synthetic Canada makes no representation or warranty that any product may be lawfully purchased, possessed, imported, exported, transported, stored, handled, or used in every jurisdiction.

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for determining whether the product may lawfully be purchased, possessed, stored, transported, handled, and used by you or your organization.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for any regulatory, legal, administrative, institutional, employment-related, customs-related, or enforcement consequence arising from the customer’s purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, use, resale, transfer, or disposal of any product.

12. Safe Handling, Storage, and Disposal

Research materials may be hazardous if improperly handled, stored, transported, used, or disposed of.

By purchasing from PrecisionSyn.com, you acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with research materials and that you are solely responsible for safe handling, storage, transport, use, and disposal.

You agree to use appropriate laboratory safety procedures, including suitable personal protective equipment, containment practices, storage controls, spill-response procedures, and disposal protocols.

Products should be handled only in appropriate research or laboratory settings by individuals with suitable training and equipment.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for any injury, illness, exposure, contamination, property damage, regulatory issue, or other consequence arising from improper handling, storage, transport, use, disposal, misuse, or unauthorized use of any product.

13. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not use, attempt to use, or permit any other person to use products purchased from PrecisionSyn.com for any prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

human consumption;
animal consumption;
injection, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical application, or administration;
medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, veterinary, food, supplement, household, or consumer use;
bodybuilding, performance enhancement, anti-aging, weight loss, wellness, or personal experimentation;
compounding, preparation, or formulation for human or animal use;
resale or redistribution for unauthorized use;
relabelling, repackaging, or marketing as a drug, medicine, supplement, cosmetic, food, natural health product, medical device, or veterinary product;
any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, laboratory rules, or these Terms.

Any prohibited use is strictly unauthorized and is undertaken solely at the customer’s own risk and liability.

14. Orders, Acceptance, and Right to Refuse Service

All orders placed through PrecisionSyn.com are subject to acceptance by Precision Synthetic Canada.

Receipt of an order confirmation, payment request, or payment submission does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

Precision Synthetic Canada reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, restrict, delay, or decline to ship any order where we believe:

the order may be intended for human or animal use;
the purchaser may not be qualified to handle research materials;
the purchaser has requested dosing, administration, therapeutic, cosmetic, veterinary, or personal-use information;
the purchaser has made statements inconsistent with research-only use;
the order may violate applicable laws, regulations, payment-processing rules, carrier requirements, or these Terms;
the transaction presents a safety, compliance, fraud, chargeback, reputational, regulatory, or legal risk;
additional verification is required and has not been provided;
payment has not been received, cleared, or verified.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, we may issue a refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees where permitted by law.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not obligated to provide products, services, or support to any person who violates or appears likely to violate these Terms.

15. Payment Terms

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received, cleared, and verified.

Where Interac e-Transfer is offered as a payment method, customers must follow the payment instructions provided at checkout or in the order confirmation.

The full order total, including applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other applicable fees, must be paid.

If a security question and answer are required, customers must use the exact question and answer provided at checkout or in the order confirmation. Security answers may be case-sensitive.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment is missing, incomplete, sent to the wrong recipient, sent in the wrong amount, submitted with incorrect security details, flagged for review, reversed, rejected, or otherwise not received and cleared.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information entered by the customer.

16. Shipping Carrier, Rates, and Processing

At this time, Precision Synthetic Canada ships using Canada Post only.

Current shipping rates are:

Flat-rate shipping: $24.99 CAD
Free shipping: Orders over $300 CAD

Unless otherwise stated, the free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes, fees, or other charges.

Orders are processed on business days only, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Processing begins once payment has been received, verified, and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be reviewed on the next business day.

Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, payment verification, inventory review, weather events, carrier service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to Canada Post, delivery timing, routing, tracking updates, delivery scans, and final delivery handling are managed by Canada Post.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery routes, scanning frequency, weather disruptions, service interruptions, failed delivery attempts, or other carrier-related issues after handoff, except where required by law.

17. Shipping Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, returned shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, failure to collect, or other customer-related delivery issue, we may, at our discretion and where permitted by law:

reship the order at the customer’s expense;
refund the product subtotal less shipping costs and any applicable carrier, payment-processing, or handling fees; or
decline refund or reshipment where the nature of the product, chain-of-custody concerns, or product-integrity concerns make resale or reuse inappropriate.

18. Lost, Delayed, Stalled, or Delivered Shipments

Once a shipment has been handed to Canada Post, tracking updates, delivery scans, routing, and delivery timing are managed by Canada Post.

Precision Synthetic Canada will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier follow-up by providing available order and shipment details. However, carrier investigations, delivery determinations, and claim outcomes are controlled by the carrier.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package

If Canada Post tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:

check nearby delivery areas, including your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, reception area, mailroom, concierge, parcel room, lobby, or other secure drop-off location, where applicable;
check with household members, building staff, reception, security, or anyone else who may have accepted or retrieved the package;
confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation is complete and accurate;
contact Canada Post with your tracking number for delivery details and available claim or investigation options.

A carrier “Delivered” scan is generally treated as confirmation that delivery was completed to the address or delivery location recorded by the carrier.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, failure to retrieve a package, or unauthorized removal after the carrier marks the shipment as delivered, except where required by law or where the issue resulted from our error.

We may provide order and shipment information to support your follow-up with Canada Post.

If tracking shows no updates for an extended period

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

Depending on the circumstances, we may open or assist with a Canada Post investigation.

Any refund, replacement, or other resolution will be assessed based on the carrier’s findings, the shipment status, available insurance or claim coverage, the facts of the order, and applicable law.

Opening a carrier investigation does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

19. Damaged Packages or Missing Contents

If your package arrives visibly damaged or appears to be missing contents, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

your order number;
your tracking number;
photos of the outer packaging;
photos of the internal packaging;
photos of the item received;
a description of the issue.

Please keep the original packaging, shipping label, packing materials, and contents, as the carrier may require them for investigation.

We may be unable to assist with damaged-package claims if the original packaging is discarded or if the issue is reported after a significant delay.

20. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products sold, including research peptides and related research materials, all sales are final once shipped.

For product-integrity, chain-of-custody, contamination-control, and safety reasons, Precision Synthetic Canada does not accept returns or exchanges after shipment.

This applies even if the product remains unopened.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

21. Errors Caused by Precision Synthetic Canada

If we confirm that an error was caused by Precision Synthetic Canada, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

Examples of errors on our end may include:

sending the wrong item;
omitting an item from the order;
shipping the wrong quantity;
shipping to an address different from the address provided at checkout.

Where an order issue is confirmed to have resulted from our error, we may, at our discretion and without additional cost to you:

reship the affected item;
issue a refund for the affected item;
provide another appropriate remedy.

You must contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, description of the issue, and supporting photos or documentation where applicable.

22. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or otherwise not accepted by the customer, Precision Synthetic Canada may decline refund or reshipment due to product-integrity, chain-of-custody, and research-material handling concerns.

Where permitted by law, any approved refund for a refused or unclaimed shipment may exclude original shipping charges, return-shipping charges, carrier fees, payment-processing fees, and handling costs.

23. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from PrecisionSyn.com, you acknowledge and agree that research materials may carry risks if mishandled, misused, improperly stored, improperly transported, improperly disposed of, or used outside their intended research-only purpose.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, transport, handling, storage, use, and disposal of the products after delivery.

Precision Synthetic Canada is not responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, contamination, exposure, misuse, unauthorized use, regulatory issue, enforcement action, or other consequence arising from any use or handling of products after delivery, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

24. No Warranty for Unauthorized Use

Products are supplied solely for lawful, non-clinical laboratory research purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Synthetic Canada disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to any unauthorized, prohibited, or non-research use of the products, including but not limited to human use, animal use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, cosmetic use, veterinary use, food use, supplement use, personal use, resale, redistribution, or administration.

No employee, contractor, representative, affiliate, supplier, agent, or third party is authorized to make any statement, representation, advice, or warranty inconsistent with these Terms.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Synthetic Canada, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, regulatory, administrative, or economic damages arising out of or related to:

human or animal consumption, administration, exposure, or application;
improper handling, storage, transport, use, or disposal;
resale, redistribution, relabelling, repackaging, or transfer;

carrier delays, delivery issues, or events outside our reasonable control;
payment errors, customer-submitted payment mistakes, or delays caused by incorrect payment information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

26. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Precision Synthetic Canada, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, affiliates, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, investigations, regulatory actions, enforcement actions, chargebacks, disputes, or legal fees arising out of or related to:

your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations;
your purchase, possession, storage, transport, handling, use, resale, transfer, or disposal of any product;

any claim brought by a third party arising from your conduct or use of the product;
your payment dispute, chargeback, fraud claim, or reversal where the order was properly processed according to these Terms.

28. No Guarantee Beyond Express Written Documentation

Precision Synthetic Canada makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product documentation and testing-related information. However, except where expressly stated in writing, we do not guarantee that any product has been tested by a specific laboratory, tested using a specific method, tested within a specific timeframe, tested more than once, tested individually by vial or unit, manufactured in a specific country, or sourced from a specific supplier.

Customers should rely only on the documentation specifically provided for the applicable product, batch, or lot.

No verbal statement, customer-service message, website summary, marketing language, product description, informal communication, or third-party statement modifies these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by Precision Synthetic Canada.

29. Changes to These Terms

Precision Synthetic Canada may update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
